Alexander is a senior studying Economics and Philosophy/Religious Studies, with honors in Ethics in Society. In his freshman year, he competed on Stanford’s first intercollegiate Ethics Bowl team, where he constructed cohesive moral arguments on a variety of applied contemporary subjects, including the ideation of normative guidelines for issues such as technology companies’ relationships with users and university funding priorities. Alexander also spent his sophomore summer as an intern at Stanford Management Company identifying compelling investment opportunities for the university’s endowment fund. Ultimately driven by a service mindset, Alexander is broadly passionate about connecting capital to socially valuable endeavors and is eager to help illuminate Stanford’s influential posture in the technology ecosystem as a contributor for the Tech History Project.
